of what i can tell this video took place in romania,maybe a shop/bar by the sign next to it ,it appears 2 larger groups (ultras from rapid bucarest and steaua) are fighting,they attack saying du-te dracu jos (go fucking down) and they actually came,he also talk abt Garda de Fier when the recorder talks to the police by saying fedeleanu (nazi group),this probally took place in bucharest and by how it looks it could be sectoru 6 😀
